The Program for Visually Impaired at Vancouver Community College has served adult students (18 and over) who are blind, visually impaired, deaf-blind or have additional disabilities. Our goal is to build the skills students need to enter employment, enroll in mainstream programs and/or increase their independence and participation in society.
